i agree with you hayds, blaming the existential government rather than taking personal responsibility is total hypocrisy..... but prob not the thread for this discussion! And with idiots like them it won't be? Not against protests or climate change action, just against glueing crap (and yourself) to the road and holding up city blocks and people trying to work and go about their business. They're turning a lot of people offside with the way they're acting. The William/Hay street intersection has been closed for 3 hours today and still is, protestors cheering as others are arrested and removed. That's pedestrians and PT unable to get through a cordoned off area too not just cars. Unless they're above the law the protests don't need to be so antagonising and disruptive to get a message across. I mean with what's going on across the country not just here which is pretty tame in comparison. They announced thousands would march in Perth today...it was about 300. Maybe annoying help is hard to find.
They should scream and yell in front of the Chinese embassy who along with India, Russia, Japan and the US contribute half the worlds carbon emissions but have little to no interest in curbing it. Or parliament house maybe? They tried blocking workers entering Woodside the other week but they were just entering at a different door lol.
At least they get sick of it eventually like the Herrison Island campers. The cause is only big enough to act out like this for so long.
 great...CoP must be following this thread 😉
I did a google on rooftop basketball and found this... looks like a private inner Perth high school rooftop basketball court.. and they don't look like they're playing just standing around. :lol:Rooftop basketball would be entertaining.
St George's Anglican Grammar School on William Street:lol: great...
