So realistically its not too much over 100,000, maybe towards 120,000, but certainly not 150,000

They are actually looking to widen the ones on the endlines and add field level circulation on the sidelines. I guess it isn't especially considered unsafe, but inconvenient at any rate. At 107,000 pre renovation Michigan stadium didn't have a ton more exits, and they certainly weren't much wider and it emptied out reasonably smoothly, so I wouldn't be too worried about that aspect of the Rose Bowl, or May Day for that matter.
