Wedding palace in Jewish town of Krasnaya Sloboda - home to 3,500 - 4,000 Jews this 100% Jewish town is probably unique outside of Israel. The people are Mountain Jews descended from those invited here in 1735 by Fatali Khan. Following the collapse of the Soviet Union about half the population left for Israel.
