remember that Souq area is also "downtown"... actually Doha is a multi-centric city with several CBD's popping around.
It's also not possible to compare the two cities accurately due to who's got the larger popualtion and who's got the higher growth rate. Both which Dubai has. Not doubting the hypergrowth Arab states are seeing, I think the city is absolutely stunning. Small doesn't necessaily mean it's going to be crap. I'm saying stunning by my observations via the internet, so I could be completely wrong, but thats all I gotta say

there are some improve as last pic they was in floor 4 and now they are almost 8
i think the glasses is only for test and they put it in every tower to see how its going to be (as sample)
