أعلنت اليوم، شركة أوراسكوم للإسكان التعاونى (OHC)، عن مشروعها الجديد للإسكان الاقتصادى بمحافظة قنا، مشروع "قنا جاردنز"، حيث من المخطط أن يشغل هذا المشروع مساحة 2.8 مليون متر مربع، بالإضافة إلى موقعه المتميز الذى يقع على بعد 5 كيلومترات فقط من وسط المدينة.

من المتوقع أن يتم إنشاء هذا المشروع على غرار مشروع الشركة "هرم سيتى" ليقدم مدينة متكاملة تتيح للسكان مجموعة شاملة من الخدمات، بدءا من المدارس والعيادات الطبية إلى المحلات التجارية والترفيهية.

علق عمر الهيتمى، العضو المنتدب للشركة على المشروع قائلاً: "نسعى باستمرار لتلبية الطلب المتزايد على الوحدات السكنية والتى قد يعجز السوق حاليا عن الوفاء بها، و نعلم أن الفجوة بين العرض والطلب فى مجال الإسكان لا تقتصر على محافظة القاهرة فقط، ولكنها مسألة تؤثر على المصريين فى جميع أنحاء البلاد، ونسعى من خلال مشروع "قنا جاردنز" أن نحقق إضافة إيجابية فى مجال التصدى لمشكلة الإسكان".

وأضاف: "مشروع قنا جاردنز" يقدم مجموعة متنوعة من الوحدات السكنية مختلفة الأحجام مع منح العملاء القدرة على الاختيار من بين الوحدات ذات اثنين أو ثلاثة أو أربع غرف نوم، مع فرصة اختيار نوع التشطيب، وتشمل جميع الوحدات غرفة المعيشة، وحمام ومطبخ، بالإضافة إلى غرف النوم، ويستطيع سكان الأدوار الأرضية الاستمتاع بحديقة المنزل فى حين يحصل قاطنو الطوابق العليا على فرصة استخدام السطح".

ومن المتوقع أن يتم تنفيذ المشروع على عدة مراحل، حيث يسلط المشروع الضوء على الطلب الحقيقى والمتزايد على هذه النوعية من الوحدات السكنية فى السوق المصرى، بالإضافة إلى اعتبار"قنا جاردنز" أحدث المشروعات التى اتخذتها شركة "أوراسكوم للإسكان التعاونى" لتطوير سوق العقارات الاقتصادية لتكون فى متناول شريحة عريضة من المصريين.
