Location Facts
During the day, residents may wake up to a beautiful view of the rising sun as it crests over the mountainous hills of Rizal. They can then take a short elevator ride down to the Podium of Victoria de Morato for a quick breakfast or that perfect cup of coffee in the many stores of this vertically integrated building. Whatever residents cannot find in the Victoria de Morato’s Podium can easily be found a quick ten minutes away in the country’s largest shopping mall: SM North EDSA, in the newly opened Trinoma, or in the bustling city streets of Cubao.

Residents may then have to rush off to work, school or to file those important government papers. Victoria de Morato is scant minutes away from major government offices; the University of the Philippines, The Ateneo and Miriam College; and is a quick trip to the Metro Rail Transit, Quezon Avenue or EDSA; we’re even smack in the middle between two of the country’s major television networks ABS-CBN and GMA 7.

Urbanite’s choice: Victoria de Morato

New San Jose Builders Inc. (NSJBI) is building its latest condominium project Victoria de Morato in Quezon City’s entertainment hub.

Located at the corner of Tomas Morato and Scout Borromeo, Victoria de Morato is a few corners away from the metro’s major thoroughfares: EDSA, Quezon avenue, España avenue and North avenue making it ideal for urban professionals who need convenient, stress-free starting points for their work days.

The development is also along jeep, FX and bus routes and is minutes away from the EDSA Kamuning MRT station as well.

With the hippest crowds flocking the shops, bars and events venues at its doorstep, Victoria de Morato is also fast becoming a haven for budding entrepreneurs. Its mini shopping center, offers two floors of commercial units at affordable rates.

For growing families, the proximity of supermarkets and malls like SM North EDSA, the Centris Station, Gateway and Trinoma is an added attraction. Hospitals such as St. Luke’s Medical Center, Capitol Medical Center and National Children’s Hospital as well as churches such as Sacred Heart Parish and St. Paul the Apostle Parish can also be reached easily by Victoria de Morato residents.

The area also houses several of the country’s best schools and universities as well as a number of child-friendly establishments.

Residents may also unwind in Victoria de Morato’s gym, swimming pool or relax while viewing dreamy sunsets from the upper floors.

NSJBI, country leader in affordable and value-laden housing, believes that a key advantage offered by the company lies vertical integration - a set up where costs are minimized because the company owns the construction arm of the project as well.

kelan ang ground breaking nito? pre-selling in 3-4 years and construction span of 3 years, bali 7 years in the making plus the current years had pass
NSJB always churn out fugly housing blocks, Cityland 2.0
Mmmm.... lots of condo projects, seems saturation point is still far. Maraming mayaman at investor pala sa Pinas.
Not exactly on Tomas Morato. Almost fronting a giant squatter colony. Not exactly enticing if there are a lot of squatter kids in front of your building...
Hi! Newbie here.. I already posted this on the Victoria Station 2 Thread, but it seems better if I add a new thread regarding this development.

Here's our story; I'll try to keep it as brief as I can:

August 2011
Reserved the unit, paid 5,000 Pesos.
Our terms was just 15% down until turnover, then 5% balance and Gov't fee.
Said turnover was LAST QUARTER 2013 to EARLY QUARTER 2014.

September 2011
Made the first payment of 9,580. Also opened a checking account via Real Bank and issued PDCs for one year.

March 2012
Since we had trouble managing our Current Account with Real Bank, we opted to pay in Cash nalang, so we got back our remaining PDCs.

So, 2011 - 2014 -
We've been paying regularly with no updates, whatsoever. I had to bug our broker for updates. We didn't even receive any notification that their office already moved from President's Tower to Victoria Panay.

Since I was the one bugging the broker, I received one reply from him last NOVEMBER 2012. I just asked for updates and he replied, "Turnover po is LATE 2014 to FIRST QUARTER 2015."

I asked again on SEPTEMBER 2013, same reply, "Turnover po is LATE 2014 to FIRST QUARTER 2015."

2012 din pala available ang contract to sell but since I was busy, I only met up with him this JANUARY 2014 to claim it. I then asked for an update and he said, "LATE 2015 to EARLY 2016."

---

That's it, then. At first it was LAST QUARTER 2013 to EARLY QUARTER 2014
and now it's LATE 2015 to EARLY 2016. And we've been paying for almost THREE YEARS already.

That's 2-3 years na delay... I want to pull-out. Where do I start? How possible is it for me to get a refund?

Thanks for reading, everyone!

May nakuha din akong unit dito, anu na bang uodate sa Victoria de Tomas Morato?
I pass by here everyday on the way to my daughter's school. As of last month, mukhang may activity dito, I just don't know how much activity there is. And there was a crane truck always parked along the street (maybe for a month na), which bugs me every time I pass through here (sagabal sa daan). I haven't passed by recently due to summer vacation. So maybe, there truck won't be there anymore, maybe it would be operational na at that time.

Latest update na sabi sa akin ay naghuhukay parin daw kasi mataas ang building. 2012 pa sila nag-ground breaking. :(
Kelan kya nla balak ideliver mga unit dito. Malapit na kasi aq matapos makabayad ng DP q...
