L+A Arquitectos have created a new 24 story Residential building located in Quito Ecuador.
The movement of the building responds to views of near by Parque Carolina, Parque Metropolitan
and Volcano Pichincha. The weaving of balconies allows the user to have double height
spaces to accentuate the buildings dynamic location with in the city of Quito.
started January of 2017.
