Why is it so alone ? they should build this kind of buildings in more central areas in my opinion

Fattal Hotels buys 2 floors (4000 sqm) in A-Tower for shared workspaces
Its their second one, and the first in Ra'anana.

Fattal's first project is 1,400 sqm in Amot House next to its hotel NYX Tel Aviv.
The chain is looking to add more shared workspaces for rent.

It is basically a suburban office park.
What do you expect?
Here in Rehovot's science park, it is pretty much how all the offce buildings look like.
