The most interesting project in Ra'anana today, is the Comverse HQ building, built by Blue Square Real Estate. The building - 16 floors (23,000 sm), above 3 floors of underground parking lot, will be populated entirely by Comverse employees, include Cafe, gym, training rooms and auditorium. The project was designed by architect Moshe Tzur.
It will be completed and populated by the end of the year (December 2014).
After 15 years in a rented building in Ra'anana, SAP, one of the world largest high tech companies, have decided to build a building of their own, which being built on a 11 dunam of land, purchased last year.
The project, 7 floors (10,500 sm) was designed by Yashar architects.
Ronen Levi, the owner of Retail 3000 (which holds Toy Town, Office Depot Israel and more), renovated a building (4 Floors, 2,100 sm) he owns in Ra'anana. The building was occupied first by Hlavin Industries.
The complex was built by Rogovin Tidhar, and currently has 50,000 square meters in five buildings of 8 floors, with retail ground floor.
The first two buildings were built in the 90s. Initially inhabited by Emblaze and after they collapsed, SAP entered (Until they moved). Today NICE inhabits 35,000 square meters, and the rest (15,000 sm) inhabited by many other companies, including Live Person, Mellanox, AstraZeneca and others.
This week they started building the sixth and final building, of 10,000 square meters.
Villa Rama House is an old office and retail building at the entrance of the industrial zone in Ra'anana. Several years ago, the municipality decided to promote urban renewal program in place. Scheduled to begin in the second half of 2017.
