yes but this jews are mostly from Anglosaxon countries:USA,Canada,.S.Africa,UK,Australia

yes but the majority are jews, I looked it up and it seems likes there is no really major arab population and if there are like it still doesn't justify it as being anglo-saxon

Yes of course, I think Jerusalem is even more "English speakers center" , I know both cities very well.

Netanya-big community of French jews and Libyan
Haifa and Ashdod for Russian community
Tel Aviv-German/Polish (israelis)
