IDE Towers
Ramat Gan
Diamond District "Bursa" compound
The city council approved a plan for a new super tall tower for the city business hub. The tower will surpass the planned Bein Arim Tower in Tel Aviv by 40m and 11 floors.

The tower, along with another "little" 77f tower, will be built between the current "Bursa" towers.

Looks like this project has more vision than anything else. It includes a radical change to the whole area, and deeply depands on the Ayalon Highway cover-up plan.

Updated info:

Type: Commercial & Offices
Location: Diamond excahnge compound, Ramat Gan
Developer: TBA
Architect: Yashar Ltd.
Status: Proposed

Formaly known as Tower 111, the new taller tower will have 120 floors (thus the name change). The plan changes are the result of direct order from Ramat Gan's newest mayor, Carmel Shama Hacohen.
The tower will be companied with 2 "lower" towers, 88 & 77 fl.

Tel Aviv hasn't even got any buildings over 300m so this would stick out like a sore thumb at the moment, doubt it will be approved anytime soon,

This will apparently involve the demolition of some of the early Diamond Exchange District towers, most notable Shimshon Tower and Avgad House. And about the D-Mall Tower... Actually, according to Emporis, there were plans to add another 10 floors to that building. The renders for this complex don't show such a height increase, though. Plus, Noam House and Silver House can get demolished for larger buildings, also. Sometimes the small has to make room for the big.

Has this project anything to do with the other thread: Intercity tower?
They are distinct buildings, aren't they?

In such a case, the skyline is really becoming impressive

How could this get materialized? I've never herd of controlled demolition of such heights in Israel. I wonder how could this be done (if it would).

No Bein Arim or Me'ah (100) tower is on the opposite side of the main road (jabutinsky) and thats the only small plot of the diamond exchange that belongs to tel aviv.
So RMG quickly announced a 111 tower.
Both at the moment seem to be on paper only.

RMG now has 3 major office towers uc
Sapir at ~170m
Gibor 9 floors added to 150m
And Icon tower ~130m
