What problems do yo have with IRS? Anyway, demolition of the building will barely solve them.
BTW, the building is relatively new. But it is much easier to demolish and rebuild a state owned building. It's so pity that there is virtually no way to do the same with all these old and ugly privately owned residentials on the street...
