Rogovin group and Acro group announced they bought 19-23 Aba Hillel Silver site
for 160 million shekel ($45 million). They will build a new 40 fl, 45,000 sqm office tower
which is already approved. RMG muni will get 2 office floors. design by Moshe Zur architects.

yes the masterplan was approved long ago
I think it has 2 towers approved
