With a little bit of refurbishment and some new projects, Oran can easily become the crown jewel of the Mediterranean. Its location, history, architecture, arts, and current infrastructure allow it to be a bastion of beauty and growth. Sadly, don't expect much from the current leadership to get that done. I guess this city already looks gigantic, its also very picturesque. I think its top ten in modern-built cities in mediterranean.
