Isn't this development AdCapital Towers??
Nope it's not but they are just next to each other. The Real Towers are twin 15-storey towers to the south of AdCapital Towers. From afar it looks like one huge tower under construction but they are two seperate twin towers

That guy(building to the right) is really smart, waiting for the roads and nearby buildings to get done before he sells his property, he's gonna make a killing.

That guy on the right is not going anywhere. Those are the doctors quarters for KNH. I took some Upper Hill skyline pics there once.
^^
how do you know he's selling it?
Upper Hill is like a whole new city!! It's what we expect to see at Konza, but why is that taking so long? I hope they will have a new train station at Konza!!

Thanks, that explains it....heard of any plans for an upgrade?

then they have to renovate or build something better. that will be a major eyesore in that spot.
:lol::lol::lol::lol: Very right......too bad it is public property, not going anywhere unless the GoK hives off the section for private development or puts up some nice highrise. Otherwise the eyesore is there to stay. :bash:

Is there a precedent of Govt LEGALLY selling public land for private development? (would definitely raise a political stink)
Yaani there are still parts in upper hill with no tarmac. For a project that was supossed to be done by last year! This contractor should be blacklisted! Also need to introduce strict policies that fine the contractors if project is not delivered on time.Normally some crazy fees charged per day in developed countries.
