Irrelevant but is she black or white? I thought she was black but they showed her with her kids who were as white as a sheet. And her partner was black as well which just made it even more confusing! I'm guessing she's white with darker skin and her children were born to an ex.
You should watch North-West Tonight instead - they have talked about Rebecca - and their coverage of Liverpool events is entirely proportionate.I've noticed yet again that Granada reports haven't mentioned how well Rebecca is doing. When Shayne Ward was favourite to win he was mentioned virtually every night, same with that girl from Blackburn last year, when it's a scousers turn it's no longer news worthy, there's no agenda though.
I can't sometimes because I run my Mum home so I end up watching that garbage,I do agree though, the BBC are much better and fairer when I have watched.I'll make a point of watching it next Monday. You should watch North-West Tonight instead - they have talked about Rebecca - and their coverage of Liverpool events is entirely proportionate.
I'll be surprised if Rebecca wins because Cheryl's had a few winners and I think it's fixed for that boybands of Simon's,she'll get to the final though and no doubt do very well out of it.It truly is a fix when Wagner is still in. It's quite clear that each judge seems to always have at least one act each in the last 5 or 6 - watch this space.
Better singers have gone out than Wagner but they like to keep the over 30s interested too. I think it will be a Matt/Rebecca final - or at least it should be imho.
The programme makers had to withdraw their tampering with the singers voices by machine in earlier rounds and rightly so. All the hoo haar and mystery over Cheryl witholding her vote the other week when 2 of her acts where in the sing off (whereby one has to go home) when apparently, it was all okayed before the show. Fixed is right.
No, I believe that the backdrop is Manchester/Salford Quays - although they do use a variety of other backdrops in the intro - Liverpool being the first, and , of course, most spectacular one.I have never noticed Granada Reports not reporting events in Liverpool. Last time I watched it there was a good one on that Tropical Science school.
Doesn't the BBC North West Tonight have Liverpool as their background? That bridge connects Liverpool and the Wirral doesn't it?
