В Грузии появится четырехсезонный курорт

В Грузии появится еще один курорт, рассчитанный на все четыре курортных сезона. Расположенный в горной Аджарии курорт Гомордула сейчас готовится к летнему сезону.

В расположенном на высоте 1200 метров над уровнем моря Гомордула функционирует 30 семейных гостиниц, однако вскоре там будет построено пять новых гостиниц, возведенных в аджарском стиле.

Инвестицию осуществляют местные бизнесмены, объединенные в акционерное общество «Гомордула». По их расчетам, известный как горнолыжный курорт Гомордула сможет принять отдыхающих в любой сезон. Заинтересованность же туристов планируют повысить путем развития экстремальных видов спорта. В Гомордула планируется обстроить довольно масштабный экстрим-парк.

Government announces amnesty on halted constructions

The government is announcing amnesty on unfinished constructions. The new draft law has been elaborated to facilitate accomplishment of halted constructions in the country. According to the document, the developer companies, which violated the terms and deadlines of the construction projects and were fined with triple amount of fines, will be freed of it after the submit new terms and deadlines of the projects at the Tbilisi Service of Architecture within three months.
In case the companies fail to agree new details of new projects with the aforementioned office, the amnesty will no longer refer to their constructions and they will be obliged to pay the fines.
The draft law will be discussed at the Sector Economy Committee of the parliament today.
