what do you think about rennes' skyline ? 10 is the best and the 0 the worst

Rennes is the capital of Brittany ( a northwestern region of France ) and is one of the densiest urban area of france with about 3077 inhabitants/km², but it doesn't have a lot of high-rises though ( that's Europe ! :) ), 106 buildings are over 12 storeys.
this skyline is not impressive, it's definitely not new york ! but i'd be glad to know your opinion about it.

PS: when i say skyline i dont necesseralily mean a cluster of high-rises but the general look of the city
