Europa Exclusive boutique . Tashkent. Astana. Moscow









The history of the "Europa Exclusive" boutique started in 1994 with the small men’s shop with the total space of 80 sq. meters that was opened in the centre of city. It was the only store in Uzbekistan offering high class garments of the European manufacturers at that time. In short time the boutique became well-known and famous amongst its clientele in Tashkent.

In order to create its own unique image it was decided to introduce only the exclusive models produced by famous fashion houses. Hence we began the collaboration with French fashion houses such as Pierre Balmain, Lanvin, Karl Lagerfeld, Francesco Smalto and Dormeuil.

International cooperation enhanced its scale following the extension of the boutique trading area and, as a result, the long-term agreements were signed with the following worldwide-known Italian fashion houses: Brioni, Canali, SaintAndrews, Attolini, Balantyne, Fedeli, Avon Celli and others.

The ladies hall in the main boutique was opened in 1999. The exquisite and stylish garments of the Cerruti 1881, Brioni, Byblos Blu, Escada brands were presented for modern women, appreciating the quality and style. During the next few years the cooperation agreements with famous brands like Celine, Etro, Lanvin, Barbara Bui, DVF, M.Kors, Temperley, and Fendi were signed. Their high-quality and fashion garments are available in the boutique throughout the year.

The next step was to create “Europa Exclusive” boutiques chain penetrating new CIS markets. The new boutiques in Astana (2003, 2005) and Moscow (2004) were opened.

The Astana boutiques gained respect and commitment of their customers from Kasakhstan capital in a short period of time.

Our “Europa Exclusive” boutique in Moscow designed by Spanish architect Ujo Pallares is truly one of the best and prestigious boutiques in the capital of Russia. Many customers are amazed with the interior and design made by the famous architect.

Each shop is unique with its architectural construction and interior aimed to keep the long-lasting traditions and image of Europa Exclusive. The design of all boutiques is elegant and classic inner decoration is in line with the concept and mission of the company.

Прямая речь: Итоги первой «Черной пятницы» в Ташкенте

Координатор брендов Samarkand Darvoza из Франции рассказала о результатах первой «Черной пятницы» в Узбекистане.

На прошлой неделе 6 декабря в ТРЦ Samarkand Darvoza прошла первая «Черная пятница» (пятница после Дня благодарения в США, с которой начинается традиционный рождественский сезон распродаж). Мы пообщались с координатором брендов Samarkand Darvoza из Франции Pascale Pouyet

Идея проведения «Черной пятницы» в Samarkand Darvoza была разработана командами отделов продаж и маркетинга в Узбекистане и нашими зарубежными партнерами. Черная пятница успешна в каждой стране, в которой мы ее проводим. Вот мы и решили поэкспериментировать в Узбекистане. На одном из регулярных еженедельных собраний были одобрены идея, время и формат мероприятия. Так в нашем молле прошла первая «Черная пятница» в Ташкенте.





Можно сказать, что Черная пятница прошла успешно. Мы привлекли новых посетителей в молл и получили более полное представление о портрете потребителя каждого бренда, расположенного в Samarkand Darvoza. Наплыв посетителей в этот день было скачкообразным. Он начался с первой волны в 10 утра и медленно падал к полуночи. В итоге, количество посетителей в этот день превзошло ежедневный трафик в разы (количество посетителей и проданного товара оказались коммерческой тайной — примечание редакции).

К Черной пятнице наши магазины готовились на протяжении нескольких дней. Было интересно, так как это было первым подобным мероприятием в Ташкенте. Можно сказать, что персонал молла не был готов обслуживать такой наплыв посетителей более чем 17 часов без перерыва. Но в итоге они справились с этой задачей, за что мы им очень благодарны.
