I went for a wander between the stations of Richmond and Jolimont today. Not a long walk but good views of the city!

I like this building.

Looking east towards Richmond

East to Eureka. It looks absolutely amazing from here. I don't know how to capture just how big the f*&ker looks.

Urban++

Headed towards the MCG.

Odd place for a dumpster?

Yep, its big.

Ma-ma-mate, skyline.

OMG 2 Eureka's! "Porche911" just creamed his pants.

I really like the new E&Y building.

Classic Eureka shot.

Awesome little houses.

Looks like out in the country.

p.s. Admire my next buttons on the site! :p

Love 101 and 120 Collins peeking through the trees in that AFL Way photo.

And I don't think I've said it before, but, jeeze, Eureka's looking big! :)

Ahh, my old neighbourhood. :)
You just brought back some fond memories of my early childhood.
That building in the first pic was a popular french restaurant in the 1970s and that pic of Stewart Street (behind Richmond Station) is what I use to see everyday on my way to work back in the early 1980s.
Loved your Jolimont shots as well!

fantastic pics mate! just what I like, shots that capture the atmosphere of a normal day. excellent
One problem - in this country, its called a 'skip', not a 'dumpster'.
Sorry to be the Australian English Nazi, keep up the good work

Very nice. Find these shots from the street very intersting and capture the feel a lot more. Thanks for posting them Dan.
