Is every square on the render represents a future building?![]()
If so, there should be something like 24 buildings on this plot. And part of them will be on the current parking lot, while the parking lot on the render is actually the Azriely mall.

All 4 buildings are u/c. This one is at the most advanced stage. Other 3 are at the first floor level.
