In my opinion @ See-that-builder, your points and observations are valid. To add on to that, there is also another development expected a few miles from above mentioned namely "Northlands" ? It would be interesting to see the market reaction and effect on house prises. More so if the government also executes the (very ambitious) one million units of houses within 5 years.
