Damn CFM Universitatea Cluj-NapocaThe first football and athletics stadium in Cluj-Napoca was built between 1908 and 1911 and had a capacity of 1,500. The official inauguration in 1911 was done by organizing a game between a Cluj-Napoca team and Galatasaray Istanbul. It was the first game in Europe for Galatasaray, and the Cluj team won 8-1.
If Stefan cel Mare does get rebuilt, then Dinamo will have to play on the National Stadium for a couple of seasons
But before they do anything about their stadium (which is not even theirs, it belongs to the Ministry of Interior), I think they will play where it's cheaper.
At this point these are just speculations though.
seems romania is joining most of eastern europe in having some mass stadium work. What is going on at the moment i know of CFR Cluj and the national stadium but are ther any other stadium improvements that are going on at the moment in Romania ?

Brasov project cap. about 23000
I found another project in Cluj for Stadionul Ion Moina, but i don't where the project is today.
Rapid Bucarest stadion could look like this:
Renovation for Bistrita?
And Secondly do Steaua have any stadium projects? as one of Romanias richest clubs both in terms of wealth and tradition it would be great to see them in a high quality stadium of say 35-45,000.

Will the stadium have no stand at one behind-goal side in real life?
