Wonder why this airport has no commercial traffic. Close vicinity to Baguio urges regular connectivity in my opinion, as Baguio´s airport is not really viable.

Say you're from a posh village in San Juan, if you drive to Baguio or SFLU nowadays it's almost 4hrs flat while having the convenience of your own car. Ultra wealthy individuals use helicopters to Baguio.

Now if you fly on a commercial plane, if it's gonna be available, that's 1 hr travel time to NAIA, 2 hrs security and checkin time, 30 mins flight time, 30 mins arrival procedure. That's 4hrs! After landing, your problem now is how reach Baguio, just imagine how much a GRAB service would cost.

For a commuter, a straight Manila-Baguio De Luxe/Limousine Bus is more practical given the price sensitive population.

Air Juan, Swiftair or any other alternative, smaller airline should take advantage, if the main players PAL and 5J don´t see enough traffic to fly over.
