The term above mean sea level (AMSL) refers to the elevation (on the ground) or altitude (in the air) of any object, relative to the average sea level datum. AMSL is used extensively in radio (both in broadcasting and other telecommunications uses) by engineers to determine the coverage area a station will be able to reach. It is also used in aviation, where most heights are recorded and reported with respect to AMSL, and in the atmospheric sciences.
I have a feeling that introduction of night flights were meant to decongest NAIA rather than promote tourism- If you fly in and arrive at night, you lose a day going around so it doesn't necessarily help tourism/travellers.
I hope they would improve RXS - and perhaps turn it as well as a hub for cargo in Northern Panay- it has a huge potential for seafood exports from Capiz and Northern Iloilo.

2.8 meters is rather low. its almost the same as sendai airport.
You mean 5j has a daily flight plus another 5x weekly flight and PAL has a daily flight. Sometimes its misleading when you put two flight numbers when in fact this is one turn-around flight. No plans for APX?
