This render is definitely beyond SG center, anyway I don't think it gonna get approved. It's not quite harmonious with the surroundings.

yeah, but imagine, if we got this actual render built, and then followed by a bunch of others as futuristic as that one surrounding the CBD. Man, wouldn't it change the picture of Saigon to a newer level. Because, sadly, we don't have many French colonial buildings remain inhabitable and are in good conditions.

cá nhân tôi kg thích cái render này mặc dù nó độc đáo. Vấn đề là nó kg hợp với khu vực xung quanh, nếu đem nó qua quận 2 hoặc PMH thì ok.

kiến trúc vòng cung này nhìn cũng hay nhủng phải xoay nguyên con ra bò sông thì mói phát huy hết cái ý nghĩa của nó, còn nếu quay bên hông ra sông nhủ thế thì chẳng còn ý nghĩa gì, chẳng khác một cô gái đẹp không khoe mặt đẹp mà lại khoe mông ngủc vậy. Thủ hỏi nếu một tàu du lịch thế giói cập bến Hồ Chí Minh mà thấy bên hông cái tòa nhà vòng cung ấy thì du khách sẽ nghĩ "What the hell is that?" gì ?

I think they design that way (not facing the river) I think that piece of land might not wide enough to be able to built facing the river ,just guessing

không, tại vì so sánh với những công trình vớ vẩn kia nên thấy nó không hợp. chỉ cần 5 toà nhà có kiến trúc lạ như vậy thì nó sẽ hoà chung lại hết.

Hong Kong, New York người ta cứ nhìn từ bờ sông , hải cảng, nên thấy cao ốc nó to đẹp, hoàn chỉnh, nhưng vào bên trong sẽ thấy rất nhiều cao ốc ốm nhom, concrete boxes và quê quê xây từ thập niên 50-6-70.

yên tâm đi,có khi financial,sabeco,và khu đất bason của UAE xây xong rồi sẽ thấy hợp cũng nên,toàn là những toà nhà độc đáo ^^
