African cities shouldn't follow boring Western colour palettes anyway. I remember going to a conference where all the African delegates were wearing bright green, purple, pink shirts etc. and everyone else was a boring mix of black, blue and white. Our cities should take this up too :) Leave the grey for Paris and London.
