This project may seem like a fantasy but we will never know what will happen. Anything can happen in Cambodia. It might seem like this will never ever happen in a lifetime but this project is unique in terms of building a skyscraper using Angkor design. Some company might find this project to be really worth investing in because it will also put Cambodia on the map again. But again, this is just a proposal. We will never know.
