Nurture and nature in a modern mountain suburban town

A modern suburban lifestyle awaits you at Timberland Heights, a sprawling 677-hectare mountain town located in the highest peaks of San Mateo, Rizal.

Savor the best moments life can offer everyday in this serene, secure and self-sufficient master-planned ecological sanctuary of agro-forest farm estates, upscale communities and commercial and socio-civic centers.

Designed with big-city conveniences, Timberland Heights captures the essence of a mountain hideaway, a sporting and leisure paradise and a luxurious country resort in a premier township development.

Standing on elevations reaching up to 350 meters above sea level, twice higher than Antipolo City, Timberland Heights offers breathtaking views of city skylines, Manila and Laguna de Bay and lush mountain ranges.

A mere 15-minute drive from Batasan Pambansa in Quezon City will bring you to this blessed mountain haven.

..sir my idea ka ba how much the prices range from???:):)
To entice would be buyer to this place the road going to this development (Kambal Road) should be properly done also.
SM Prime's SM City San Mateo, here Filinvest's Timberland Heights and other various developments in San Mateo, it all boils down to its poor road network and quality bringing negative connotations of this restrained yet booming municipality

No need to ply Kambal Road going to Timberland Heights :)

One by one, the components of the San Mateo Comprehensive Land Use Plan 2010-2020 are materializing

Oh hey, this is a PPP road project with Filinvest after all :)
Quoting San Mateo Vice Mayor Cristina (Tina) Diaz when she shared the album of San Mateo PIO Official Facebook Page:

Ground Breaking Ceremony of the JCT Batasan - San Mateo - Rodriguez Bypass Link Road @ Brgy. Banaba San Mateo

Governor Rebecca A. Ynares was the guest of honor during the groundbreaking ceremony of the Bypass Link Road Project (Phase 1). The project is seen to ease up traffic congestion from the Batasan-San Mateo-Roriguez thoroughfares. Rizal second district Cong. Isidro Rodriguez, Jr., Mayor Rafael Diaz and other government official also attended the affair.

The great thing about this bypass link road project is that after its phase 1, vehicles can now travel from/to Quezon City or Marikina going to/from central San Mateo (Brgy. Guitnang Bayan 1 and 2) and Timberland Heights with ease. Also, since phases 2, 3 and 4 are NOT road creations, travel to/from Rodriguez is even possible without plying through the congested Gen. Luna Ave. (considering vehicles are allowed to pass by while there are still ongoing road widening/improvements to these parts) :eek:kay:

Yes, and of course, road improvements kasama diyan :)
"No need to ply Kambal Road going to Timberland Heights"

Look at the map where this proposed road is going to be connected. Yes, Kambal Road.

Sorry, that is Kambal Road Extension (locally called as "C6")

I know this area well because I live in one of the subdivisions here and I've been monitoring developments in San Mateo for years :colgate:

Currently, these are the two easiest routes going to Timberland Heights (if coming from Quezon City and Marikina City):
1.) via E. De Los Santos Street in Brgy. Ampid 1
2.) via Kambal Road in boundary of Brgy. Guitnang Bayan 1 and 2

The first option is what Timberland Heights is recommending (based from their website) because although you'll still be plying the congested Gen. Luna Ave., at least you won't experience heavy traffic for a long time, and E. De Los Santos Street has a better road condition than Kambal Road.
Also note that the easternmost end section of Kambal Road is the worst part of it due to being gravel-type.

Now, when Junction Batasan - San Mateo - Rodriguez Bypass Link Road Phase 1 is completed, the motorists will no longer travel through Gen. Luna Ave. at all and they will experience a smooth ride through Kambal Road Extension (whole stretch is concreted) until they reach Timberland Heights :eek:kay:

This is why Filinvest took part with this PPP road project. Panalo rin sila in the long run

Here, from Timberland Heights itself which I have also posted here 2 months ago:
(The broken curved lines represent the Junction Batasan - San Mateo - Rodriguez Bypass Link Road Phase 1)

How to get to Timberland Heights

From Quezon Memorial Circle, go northeast via Commonwealth Avenue, past Ever Commonwealth Center. Turn right before Sandigan Bayan to Batasan Road then turn right again to Batasan-San Mateo Road. Cross the bridge over Marikina River, then turn left to Gen. Luna Avenue. After passing Tropical Hut and Mercury Drug, turn right to De Los Santos Street. When the road begins to slope, turn left to the highway going to Timberland Heights.

Yep, Timberland Heights's a great escape from the congested and polluted Metro Manila but still very near from it :eek:kay:
