Of course there is the WaMu Tower

bigger rendering on the website
Someone else take over :)
Silver Cloud Hotel next to Safeco Field

Preliminary plans for a tall, skinny residential tower sorta near the Pike Place Market

The top-left has a small rendering

A better rendering of the Hotel 1000

Stewart Place

Avenue One Condos (finished, I think)

This thing, northern downtown - might be old rendering

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Over in Bellevue . . .

Complex near Medenbauer Center

Then of course Lincoln Square

I really like avenue one, beautiful in mine eyes

Viaduct! 4.1 billion!

Light rail 4.6 billion!
Nice buildings. I like that Cosmopolitan Building and any addition to the Seattle skyline is nice.
I still wish they would have released a better rendering of WaMu.
The Neptune

Colman Tower?

Also:
South downtown is a complex neighborhood. It includes two world-class stadiums, an exhibition center, a highly effective waterfront, as well as eight existing and proposed transportation systems, including The The Alaskan Way Viaduct.

Greg Smith is an active member of Seattle Vision (website), a plan for real estate and economic development of South Downtown Seattle in and around Pioneer Square, prepared by major property owners in the area.

The vision identifies:

• 16 buildings in the Pioneer Square Historic District as candidates for rehabilitation
• A neighborhood embracing the two stadiums
• 12,000 multi-family housing units, and an elementary school
• Over 4,000,000 square feet of commercial space for retail, office and institutional use
• 15 acres of public open space
• A major flagship hotel on Pier 48

Olympic Sculpture Park will feature a 2,200-foot-long, Z-shaped path.

7th and westlake

Some projects that don't have renderings:
four seasons and residences
8th and olive
sheraton expansion
5th and yesler
4th and virginia
I think this one is history, at least most of it. The Port of Seattle is getting sooooo busy, there's no way they're gonna sacrifice that entire pier for commerical development.

that 7th and westlake is an awesome rendering.
Snapped these on Saturday of the Cristalla.

Looks like its just about finished.

beautiful......just am awesome building.
^I agree. I think there are more of them in the pipeline. :)
Very beautiful! The blue color is attractive.
^I think more developers should follow the concept of integrating the original facade with the new structure.
^^nice avatar p.s. :)
Summary anywhere?

OK. Is there a summary anywhere of the buildings that are under construction or are CERTAIN to be under construction this year? Has this tabular summary already been prepared? If so, where is it? Anything less than 200 feet I find to be of nominal interest.

Here is my effort at a list. I would appreciate corrections, additions, missing projects, duplications, etc. For example, if one of these projects is listed twice because it has two names, let me know. Heights? Let me know. I'll update this summary table as you respond. Thanks!
