here's an early rendering of Hedreen's upcoming "Olive 8" hotel/condo coming to the denny triangle.

Hopefully it's a really really really early rendering so that they had time to change it.

My guess is that the bottom portion will be a Hotel and the top portion is condos, hence the larger windows...

Stalled First Hill project to restart later this month

Construction is set to begin again soon on the First Hill mixed-use project at Eighth and Madison that was stopped just after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
