Nice. Are there any renderings floating around out there?they are. and they'll be apartments. this one got slowed for a while with the rise in construction costs but a friend who is working closely on the project told me last weekend that they are a go, hoping to break ground this summer.

I was going to say something similar to Bond. I'm glad the city is posting the DRB docs but they really should try to offer a lower resolution or executive summary version that's less than 5 mb OR split up the massive pdf into logical chunks with the first chunk being a summary.Very true -- my apologies to anyone expecting a smaller download. I canceled the download as soon as I saw the filesize. Crazy size. If someone feels like posting an image in the thread that would be great.
