Great collection .. one of my favourite cities in US

How much those houses worth approx?

I like the photos of the city skylines at nite... great !
Always good to sea pictures of Seattle. I've decided it's my number 1 choice should I ever move to the states.
Seattle just look so urbanly wonderful! :)
Yeah! Seattle looks surprisingly good! :)
You could probably get some of those houses for under a million. The third pic is probably several million at least.

Generally, any house with a water view is worth way more than one without. So much the better if it's in a ritzy area like Madison Park.

Houses/condos sold for a median $460,000 or so within Seattle last I heard. I think that's both types combined, because that figure seems low for houses only.

Actually the first pic is a little over $2million
The second pic the house on the left went for $1.2million
The third is well over $5million
thanks for the info ^^

is it the good suburb ? how far from the city?
Seattle looks like a very interesting city.
thanks for the info ^^

Not a suburb at all. These are all Seattle homes in the Madison Park neighborhood. Just a couple of minutes from downtown Seattle.
Yes, I have seen myself that just very close from the city centre of Seattle you have neighborhoods with trees and houses with lawns. Some might complain it is too spread out, as there is not much density in the city as a whole but it is quite beautiful this way. They have the tall buildings you see in the centre but overall it is not a big city experience but more like a green city (i was told) which is what they like.
WOW

  Great pics as always PW!

And yes, minutes from downtown Seattle you can be in leafy, hilly, flowery suburbs such as Madison Park. Seattle is a beaut!!
city and skyline look great, but there are some houses ready to be demolished...anyway...nice! :)

must be rare to get sun :D
thanks for the info ^^

:) :) This area is stone throw away from DT Seattle so not a suburb. There are such serena and lush neighborhoods around DT that many people mistakenly think they are suburb. Today, I lost my way and ventured into Interlaken Park which comprises of heavily wooded hillsides and creeks and it is hard to tell you are right in the middle of a city.

pwright, if you like houses, visit Laurelhurst sometime. That area has some amazing collections of lake front houses and I think it is nicer than Madison Park.
Thanks again for the feedback gang.:)
 Thanks
