BALAKLAVA ONE BAYFRONT PLAZA TOWER
LOCATION - Sebastopol-City,Balaklava Disrtict,Novikov/Mramornaya street crossroads
HEIGHT:
-roof - 165 m
-spire - 173 m
FLOORS COUNT - 45
CONSTRUCTION START - 2008
CONSTRUCTION END - 2011 ???
ARCHITECT - ???
USE - MIXED (hotel + apartments + office)
So,Balaklava BayFront Plaza currently tallest u/c tower in Sebastopol-City

But the image of project of this tower is unknown yet,there are no renders.
But the construction is very active,despite the deficiency of information about building (you can see more previous photos on my P&C thread)

Where can i find more information about Sebastopol and its high-rises? Simply theres no thread about it on the ukrainian and russian forums.
And the second question is how come the city got so much high-rise buildings? Some spectacular, not very strict equirements of the region government over the kind of development? its so weired and delightful in one, because, youre aware, there are not many scrapers even in Russia at all, not to mention cities as large as Sebastopol - Volzhsky, Togliatti and so on.

You can find all information on my thread in Project & Construction forums. Sebastopol is one of most developed city in Ukraine,it needs many new modern hotels,residencies and office. But a lot of skyscraper project was failed by goverment,because it cares historical landscape. Only some new districts of City like Reed Quay have high building u/c.

:cheers: There are no official render & information about the future view of tower. Its a creative visualisation of unknown architecture company,not more.

its obvious that this is not the final render of the tower! The city wouldnt never approve such an ugly soviet dated architecture style skyscraper

Too bad that the designs in your city are a bit crappy IMO. It would be awesome when they build some more glassy towers. It would really cheer up Sebastopol City

Ты б его лучше удалил из своего поста, т.к. это не рендер, а издевательство... а народ, кто без чувства юмора, еще чего доброго подумает, что такое чудовище действительно строить собрались...

who is in charge of Ukraine? Is it Timoshenko or Yuschenko? I can't figure it out?
And why is the corrupt municipal government of Sevastopol building a cemetery instead of a high-rise?
