Well, these are indeed 3 very good proposals. We'll hope for more in the future in Sejong and elsewhere.


However, since I only choose to create topics for a fraction of the projects, I only choose good projects such as this one. But rest assured, be it in Sejong, Hanam, Dongtan, Songdo or any major new town, most new housing projects are still shitty 29-floor commieblocks.


Also, this section of Sejong is the central lifestyle area, which is where the premium projects are supposed to be located. Hence the relative quality of the projects I've uploaded today and yesterday.


Finally, Sejong, as the de jure administrative heart of Korea, has one of the most dynamic demography and quickly rising home prices, so it's tough to compare its market with any other city.
