This project located in HONGDAE(same area with KB BANK ROCK STAR U/C)
Now people used smart phone and don't go to off line bank.
So financing fast shift from off line to on line.

So KEB HANA BANK's demolish old bank building and to built cultural banks building.
3B and 7FL building design as street concert and ordinary citizens's open meeting space.
So people visiting this building not only for bank but also cultural atmosphere.

^^...That can't be the design; it's exactly like the Dior store in Cheongdam. What a joke.

I agree
when i first saw that rendering it remind me the Dior store in Cheongdam!

BTW I'm not 100% satisfied above design(at a glance that look creative but when carefully see it look weird) but at least better than ordinary box shape building.

anyway It is good for public youth age. they make bank as cultural building. good for seoul competition.
