Huangpu River crossings in SH

Nice. How many bridges are they planning to built total? I watched a tv show last time which said that Shanghai will built a total of 20 underwater tunnels by 2020 connecting to Pudong which will make Shanghai the only place in the world to have so many tunnels for one river.
Existing:
Bridges:
Currently 3 large bridges downtown, from N to S: Yangpu, Nanpu, Lupu.
South of the city 2 major bridges: Xupu and Fengpu (Fangpu not so impressive.)
Road tunnels:
North of the City the outer Ring Road Tunnel.
Downtown, N to S: Dalian Road Tunnel, Yanan Road Tunnel, Fuxing Road Tunnel and the Dapu Road Tunnel (the oldest).
Subway Tunnels:
Metro Line No. 2
Misc.:
Bund Sightseeing Tunnel.
Under Construction:
Bridges:
Crossing Huangpu River - none. More outside Shanghai, especially the
Donghai Daqiao.
Road Tunnels:
Northern and southern River crossings for the Central Ring Road.
Subway Tunnels:
Northern and southern river crossing for the Subway Line No. 4. The southern tunnel collapsed in 2003, delaying the opening of the Subway Line No.4 for more than 1 year.
River crossing for the Subway Line No. 8 south of downtown.
Planned:
At least one more road tunnel north of downtown. The traffic concept for the 2010 EXPO is not fixed yet, more river crossings south of downtown are to be expected.
