not bad. Shenyang has so many relatively tall towers spaced out, a complex with residentials and a tall offfice tower.

What shenyang needs to do now is make a cbd with dense, tall towers only.
^^ Wait 10 years. Shenyang is planning two dense skyscraper areas. One around the North Station and another around the Wulihe Stadium. The former will have 9 supertalls and around 5-10 towers taller than 200m, the later will have at least 3 supertalls and around 20 towers taller than 200m. The city will have a world class skyline once these projects are finished.

For some reason Shenyang has a huge commercial potential given how many international developers are building big stuff in town. Eton (Philippines), Wearnes (Singapore), Lotte and Sunrise (ROK), etc.

seems like these residential projects spring up out of nowhere every few minutes in shenyang lol

are they just putting everyone in these new towers so they can knock down the old midrises?

So much for a ground breaking ceremony, bugger all has happened since! :|
New possible final design. The main tower has around 48 structural floors, around 43 actual floors. Maybe it doesn't reach 200m. The second tower has the same floors despite of being much lower, probably a hotel. Or maybe the render isn't realistic. We'll see...

^^ You can check this map I made with Þróndeimr and staff. http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=U...214,123.425217&spn=0.018747,0.045447&t=h&z=15

All the plots were slightly diverted after Google Earth updated though.
