Shenzhen Bay is surrounded to the north and east by Shenzhen, China. It is known as Deep Bay [also "Hou Hai Wan"]

The bay's northern shore used to be lined with marshes. As Shenzhen began to develop into a major urban center, the northern shoreline was reclaimed to provide land for buildings.

Actually, it is a replicas of the eiffel tower, because it locates in a famous theme park in Shenzhen (Window of the world) , where you can see the wonders of the world in just one day, a total of 118 of the worlds most famous monuments and scenic wonders vie for your attentions.

The Grand Canyon, Mt. Rushmore National Memorial, the Niagara Falls, the Pyramids and sphinx of Egypt. The Acropolis of Athens, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Kremlin, the Eiffel Tower and the world famous Taj Mahal. All these beautiful replicas are built on a scale of 1:1, 1:5 and 1:1.5 respectively, and experience you won't forget.

Somehow Shenzhen has been a part of my life. I especially love that area near Window of the World...with the beautiful Crowne Plaza hotel beside the Holiday (still u/c i think). I hope they build a new ferry terminal.
