Last Wednesday, I went to those two towns, and these are some photos that I took. Some aren't very straight but oh well, I'm just showing you what the towns look like

(Also, people didn't notice I was taking photos as I didn't have the camera anywhere near my eyes  )

Well, this is the lovely town of Shrewsbury, the county town of Shropshire, with a population of around 90 000.

Nice pics, hope you had a good time despite the foul weather! The first few shots of Shrewsbury look pretty quiet compared to normal, that's usually a fairly busy shopping street but I guess people were put off by the rain!

I take it you parked at St Julian Friars just by the first picture? If you'd have headed the other way out of the car park over a footbridge across the river you would have come to my house after walking for 2-3 minutes! :)

Yeah, I thought that it was a bit quiet, I saw the footbridge you talk of!

Awesome! Lovely towns!

Went to the UK in July of 2004 and loved Wales.

We drove across Southern Wales and stayed in the town of Fishguard on the coast. Never went to Aberystwyth.

The weather was somewhat abysmal though.. rain, wind, and chilly. Loved everything else!

Thats nice, did you get a ferry from Fishguard?

Yeah, that tends to be the case in Wales. It's still a lovely place though.

Great, very nice photos from these towns :)
Thank you!
