Tower A = 35 floors = 143.90 meters tall = 183 units

Tower B = 11 floors = 42.30 meters tall = 25 units

yes, correct...on Soi Tonson (between Soi Langsuan 1 and Soi Langsuan 2)..behind Naturalville and Centerpoint Langsuan Serviced apts...

this project will have wonderful views over the very green US Ambassador's compound and also the Dutch and US Embassies..(and back of Oriental Residences) as well as Lumpinee Park in the distance...

how do they connect to main rd? that soi is not 10m ?!?

The current plan doesn't allow for that FAR either, I believe, but I could be wrong.

well, you need a 12m frontage to coinnect with a 10m road, not sure why that would not apply to them. the soi is private so no set back is fine, but still need the access. can be thourgh natural park but that does not look physically possible. FAR is 10 in that area, not too concern about that. excited to see it rising
