Siyapatha is former Sampath Leasing and Factoring Ltd. They changed their Name few years ago to Siyapatha Finance. Their HQ is getting built on Castle Road infront of Devi Balika College.

The renovation near Nawaloka is that of Sampath HQ. They seem to be adding more floors and new facade.

Its THE CASTLE RESIDENCE by Superlative. I guess they are part of Micro Group of Companies.
