couldn't agree with you more....
the balconies looks ridiculous - what kind of view will you get from the inside looking out..
I am unimpressed..

well.. they are starting to break ground now.
the parking lot is no more..
still feel sad, for those folks who live in the condo - that will now be located behind it
their view - will be no more also.. just staring directly into someone else's home
and being literally "boxed " in. like jail- imho...

I have no idea what happened...
one day- they just blocked off the whole parking lot- and they had these drills - drilling into the ground- as if they were "breaking ground" and then the next day- the parking lot appears- and not a construction trace in sight - maybe they were testing the waters- and getting ready- who knows-- but just wanted to clear this up... cheers!..

Boy, if I thought it was a little overdone back then I can safely say it has been done to death by now. That one on Bay Street south of Bloor is the worst.
