Well... the offset balcony thing is getting a little overdone and in this case the usefulness of the balconies seem to greatly suffer because of the decorative positioning. Also, I'm a bit weary of the renderings that make rectangular buildings look curved like a Chinese pagoda.

couldn't agree with you more....
the balconies looks ridiculous - what kind of view will you get from the inside looking out..
I am unimpressed..

well.. they are starting to break ground now.
the parking lot is no more..
still feel sad, for those folks who live in the condo - that will now be located behind it
their view - will be no more also.. just staring directly into someone else's home
and being literally "boxed " in. like jail- imho...

I have no idea what happened...
one day- they just blocked off the whole parking lot- and they had these drills - drilling into the ground- as if they were "breaking ground" and then the next day- the parking lot appears- and not a construction trace in sight - maybe they were testing the waters- and getting ready- who knows-- but just wanted to clear this up... cheers!..:)

Love the red glass.
Could be soil testing?
Yeah, that's my bet. Projects never start construction that fast. I'm not even sure this one has planning approval yet.
Love the red glass.
Yep! I want this building to be built just because of that red glass. I can never get enough red and we have so little of it, on our buildings.
Is this dead or will it actually move forward?

It's currently under construction.

Boy, if I thought it was a little overdone back then I can safely say it has been done to death by now. That one on Bay Street south of Bloor is the worst.

I wish they would have kept the original colour pattern on this building but I love red, so I will take it wherever I get it!
