Hey, anyone from Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, Bolivia, Peru, etc, please contribute here with some pictures of cities where it snows something much in your countries. It can be of places for tourism, skiing, or just normal cities. Antarctica doesnt count :tongue3: I've heard it sometimes snows in Melbourne.. really? This is just for we start knowing better 'our' hemisphere. Thanks.

It even snows in Venezuela near Mérida. :) God bless South America for having the Andes.

Yes, for sure. The Andes are spetacular.
But in south-american cities like Punta Arenas, Ushuaia and Port Stanley, it snows normally and at sea level. :)

it snows just near melbourne as per this map ( like about 800 metres up)
in winter




these are pictures of mt buller which is like 250km from melbourne
Mt Buller is about 1804 metres
