And BTW, my understanding is that the killing mashine of the Turkish special forces, the lethal Asimov, is due to be released off duty from the Lake Egirdir Commado Center (or wherever he is stationed) some time next week. Brother, where art thou (that's Shakesperean English)

Anyway, keep the updates guys, Istanblue in unique...
My dear brother, I'm on my way!

I already bought my bus ticket - if everything goes well, I'll be back home at around 10:00 am in the morning of Wednesday, May 18.

How's life back in mythical Athens? Beware cause Kazantzigilis The Zorba and Keremaki Tountzaidis may come any time for a hassapiko. :D

A club in which dirt-poor (truly) countries like Bulgaria and Romania will be members in 2007 (while other miserable (but Christian) countries from Eastern Europe have already been accepted last year) doesn't deserve any respect, nor desire, nor fear, nor consideration.

The sun is rising from the East: Just look at the GDP figures. ;)

A good sailor must realize at the exact time when the winds are shifting.

Unfortunately, Turkey is run by bad sailors who are still - in vain - waiting for the Western wind to blow, losing a lot of time and speed.

Turkey should trim its main sail according to the Eastern wind, me thinks.

Anzi, io preferisco chiamarlo "complesso di superiorita" ;)

Within a decade Turkey will reach trillion-dollar GDP figures and "already" is strong enough to deal with the entire eastern half of the EU (our former colonies :D)

Both industrially and militarily.

....contento te....contenti tutti.... ;)

Why do you show us just Istanbul? Show us city like Malatya, Elazig etc.....or may be do you want just the "european" Turkey in the EU?

sì un'altra Lepanto effettivamente non sarebbe male, solo che questa volta il contributo di Venezia sarebbe un po' più sterile. :( ;) :D

No need to exagerate now!

GDP per capita (nominal)
Turkey - $4,744
Romania - $3,600
Bulgaria - $3,347

Turkey is still dirt poor ;)

Turkey isn't only Istanbul: Take a look at Izmir, Ankara, Antalya, Konya, etc...

Equally impressive cities. :eek:kay:
