Scheirman and Cruz Construction , the Construction arm of Xentro Malls are labeled in their warning signs across the lot and the car parked here at the left most side of Monreal Street, so no doubt XM ito. Akala kasi ng iba Ayala 'to, serioso? :lol:

i think na possibly 7 storeys talaga. kasi kung titingnan yong render ng xentro mall it seem na 3 floors and yung 3 floors possibly reserved for tenants yun and tsaka yung remaining floors siguro is for LCC na. yung grocery and department stores nila.. possibly gagayahin yung style ng LCC-Ayala sa Legazpi.Inside the site of LCC Xentro Mall Sorsogon U/C
