nash getting mvp doesn't bother me. not that he needs extra motivation at this point, but maybe shaq will take this as a slap in the face & play the rest of the playoffs with an extra chip on his shoulder. we're gonna need him if (which i think we will) get to the ECF.

now let's get it on with the wiz!

eastern conference finals, baby! 8-0 in the playoffs!

we just won 2 road games to finish out the 2nd round without shaq. amazing. & shaq & the team get to rest til sunday at the earliest. awesome. what a night!

Dwyane Wade is just sick this was a must-win & we got it.

huge, absolutely enormous win by the Heat last night. i'd like to think this changed the series in our favor, but the pistons are too experienced & too dangerous to start getting cocky.

still, it was a great, gutsy win.

i really wanted that game last night, but detroit just flat out played us. this series is now a very scary best of three. thankfully, miami gets 2 of the three at home.

as far as i'm concerned, tomorrow's game is a must win. don't wanna go back to detroit where they could win the series on their home court.

it all comes down to 1 game. it's exciting & terrifying at the same time. i'd feel a lot better about this game if Wade wasn't as hurt as he is. not to mention the other starting 4 are all banged up in some way.

should be a GREAT game.

*sigh* we lost.

despite not making the finals, though, it was a great & fun season. now let's get healthy & win it all next year!
