another bland as **** podium for Southbank... yay.... hopefully there will be a retail tenancy but i doubt it...

the tower itself looks interesting... no bland sides (that i can see)... boxy, brick stacking form - i like it.

Also the Opera Australia office a few doors down and Hamer Hall, that name is really bordering between totally genius pun and terrible

Do you think the white trim with the gold up top hints at another building nearby...Opus...grabs a bit of everything !
Yes I rather suspect that is the point, given that an opus is typically a classical piano composition...
The site is cleared...now for the excavation...I expect very deep...maybe to the core of the earth ? I have been wrong before...once or twice even ?
Redbaron_012.

Is the builder and he sure knows what he his doing, I know he can build it fast so he does not need anyone to help him on the site....?.hahahaha..from, Bluey66.
umm not sure but I believe its e-form
Suggest Porto's correct... he works for them!..

Ahhk. Is e-form part of equiset? They've done a few of their jobs haven't they?27 little Collins, phoenix...that's why I would have thought this would be an equiset job not crema?
Considering the property developer is LK Property, wouldn't surprise me if they had their own construction company Shangri-La Construction (http://sconstruction.com.au/) take a run at it.

Yes. Equiset's no longer building for developers, clients etc.
If the builder is Crema, then you may find that I&D do the construction, or crema's own mob Camillo will do the formwork and placement. They do use multiform but I reckon this might be a little bit to big for Umberto and his crew. Toorak formwork may even get a crack. If Shangri la construction get the gig then be stuffed if I'm walking down that side of the road.
