I could see the current trend going so far that once Leadenhall, Heron and Bishopsgate are built the developers could reclad or demolish St Helens, 99 Bishopsgate and even Tower 42.
I hope they don't do a Draper's Gardens and replace it with a boring midrise scheme. If they demolish St. Helens, they better build a whopperJust out of speculation... if it were developed during th enext property cycle, would it likely be over 250m in height? It is extremely central withing the cluster. Not saying it will be though... just speculation.
