Pennsylvania has so many pretty and charming towns

The state of Pennsylvania is full of so many lovely little villages and towns ... I am thinking of New Hope, Doylestown, Wyalusing, Montrose, Stroudsburg, Easton, Hershey, Bryn Mawr, Gettysberg, York, et al. ... St. Mary's is not one of them. Sorry.

well, really awful grey skies and bare trees can contribute to "ugliness"... I'll admit that St. Marys is a rather uninteresting town architecturally compared to most of PA... but it's not really "ugly" (except for Downtown... which is pathetic)
